We made it!
The final reveal day for the ORC.
I still can't decide if it was a marathon or a sprint.
I think I'll go with a sprint because everything came together last night.
Funny story,
We went to gymnastics yesterday and Ellie said to all the other moms-
"you gotta see my moms room, its beautiful!"
the other moms were like- umm ok.
They have no idea!
But at least E is proud of her mama:)
Should we take one last look of where we started...
yuck...
The Plan
And how we ended up...
I really do love the fireplace.
The white is nice, for now.,
But
I am already thinking cement tiles would be really pretty.
The lights and gallery wall are really pretty.., although hard to photograph.
ha!
I would like to thank everyone who have stopped by this little blog during the challenge. This has been such a supportive and encouraging experience, more than I ever imagined!
Also, thank you to Linda- for providing the push I needed to finally start (and finish) this room.
I am planning to do a follow up post early next week with sources.
For all you mothers out there, I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Do yourself a favor, grab a cup of coffee (or wine) and check out the other wonderful reveals.

ReplyDeleteI love the Peter Dunham fabric on the lumbar pillow. I've looked into it and noticed it comes in two options: either "original" or "faded." Do you by chance know which one you used?
ReplyDeleteKaylee.., I am so sorry, I just now saw your comment. I used the original on white linen. Hope this helps!
